Our Policies
DELIVERY/PICK-UP
We will be in contact with you the week of your event to schedule your delivery/pick up time. This is typically booked early in the morning. If for any reason you are not able to make the delivery/pickup time we have arranged with you, contact us immediately and we will try our best to make alternate arrangements.
Be sure to let us know if you're running behind. Our driver will remain at the delivery location for a maximum of 30 minutes while we try to get in touch with you. Please understand that we are on a schedule and we may have other deliveries. If we have not been able to reach you within the 30 minute time period, the driver will leave and it will be your responsibility to make other arrangements. You will still be required to pay the balance owing as we were at the location at the agreed upon time.
If you would like to extend the rental period beyond your original booking date or time you must request approval in advance. Please keep in mind that these items are often rented out back to back, so we can not always accommodate your request.
PAYMENT
Payment is required in full upon receipt of the rental. This will include any delivery charges if applicable. We accept all credit cards, e-transfer, and cash. We do not require you to leave a deposit, however a valid credit card is needed to confirm the booking.
DAMAGES

A credit card is required to confirm your booking. This credit card will only be charged if the rental is damaged. In the event there are any damages to the rental, the credit card on file will be automatically charged. Upon return of the rental, all items will be inspected and no charges will be processed as long as all items are returned in the same condition as per our rental agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel a booking. Any items cancelled from an order within 24 hours of the event will be required to pay the full rental charge. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file unless an alternate payment method has been arranged.
